Moped Army

For reference I have a 78 Ciao with turn signals, single speed, and front spring suspension. I would like to make my bike as quick as possible and look as "new" as possible. Here is a list.

Centrifugal Clutch, and rebuild kit (mine functions but is rusted up)
Tire Pump that fits inside the chain cover
OEM Spare tool kit and tools
Left hand side "glove box" (like the battery box on the right)
OEM Service Manual (I have the Hayes)
Vespa engine tools (case tool, clutch tool etc.. Any special tool I will need to rebuild the engine)
