Moped Army

Hey guys, i am going to MOT my honda PX50 soon and i really need help. i need to know the common fails which happen or anything i have missed out. i like in the UK so your american moped laws might be different but here goes what i can find wrong.
I have cracked tyres, which i will replace.
they are minor cracks, is there a way to fill them in?
there is also small amounts of oil coming from the forks... not much just a few smidgens, is that a definate fail? My headlamp and taillight run straight off the flywheel and are dim at low revs is that ok? i also have 1 blown indicator bulb but i heard you do not need on a moped.
Gotta get this thing on the road in less than 2 weeks as i havent bought a bus pass for my frst year of college! ahhh
