my first bike

yuppp i have a few questions

first: i have no title and was told i had to wait possibly 8 weeks to get one... i am trying to find a place to store it as well as keep it from being stolen where should i put this thing! my seller told me i could put it on a pole cause its not registered yet but i asked a cop and he said i couldn't because i don't have it registered yet. well maybe my seller meant a bike rack not sure...



i bought a krypto lock and got a cable which i attach a heavy duty key lock to... maybe i need more locks?

i wanna ride my bike but i am sort of wary of getting bothered by the police since i cant get my title for a while and not really sure what to do...
