Moped Army

i finally got my pa50 running again and she ran like a champ. ive got my compression back. but the engine was smoking by the time i got back and put it in the garage. it was raining a little outside so i dont know if it was the water from the rain. or i was thinking it could be just stuff that got on the sleeve and head while they sat there for so long (ie: dust and all that nonsence) so yea. i dont know what it is. any ideas
