ok. almost there.

thanks to you guys on moped army,

i spent lots of time on the wiki but i didn't understand it.
(now i do)

so i went to the Choke moped store here in LA with my dad

cool store

and got parts (condenser and Sachs points)

and then i printed a whole bunch of wiring diagrams and Fred's guide
(they dont match the suburban by color but i understood it ofter a few hours of testing)

and bought a voltage tester thingy from harbor freight and and cleaned all the wires and connectors and replaced the license plate bulb.
finally i understand the points. and everything else.

what was wrong was that the coil was bad, thats all

i ordered a new coil from treats HQ today. the one at choke was original or something and was more money ($60)


where is the horn supposed to be?

i found the wires but no horn. it looks like some one cut it off.



how do i clean up small parts of rust on the frame just small spots ??

is this bing jets for my carb? why do i need different ones?
isn't it only if it doesn't run well with a pipe ?

and for SHA carbs

flipping the intake means (see pic) ?
