i've run something like this through my head many times (minus the lighter). but i have a lame workshop and no welding skills. i know alot of people don't have a problem with having what amounts to,a small moped and a rats nest of neon fuel line and throttle cable hanging out the side of the one they're riding. but i love the way you 've kept the look, basically stock.
