Re: polishing/restore?
Wet sand buff and polish, those are the steps in that order. Step by step....well get some mild low grit sanpaper, go to town with a bucket of water and your hand or possibly a roatating tool of some sorts. When it all looks pretty dingie then you get some 3M polish and a buffing pad or use a buffing pad on a rotating tool and go over everything until it looks really shiny.
I dont however have a clue as to how to make your clutch lever arm apear to be chrome.
