Moped Army

I'd tried to ask Cosmopolitan Motors about it. They were the main importer of Kinetic mopeds and scooters.

I couldn't find any good information on the Kinetic Milano but it probably does not have the vespa clone motor.

Does the cylinder have a brand name on it? I imagine that it's probably not Malossi or Polini. It could even be stock.
