Moped Army

Okay, I found this cool moped on craigslist, a Garelli Eureka Flex for $350, and it's very cool. Why don't you folks tell me why this would be/not a good way for me to get around town before the snow falls. At this rate, that might be never, the weather has been great. I take a bus for 2 miles to work, and the street I travel is busy but well behaved. I have extensive experience with a mountain bike, consider myself somewhat of an expert, and rode that to work last year, but hey, how cool would a moped be? Lay it on me, friends!
