I feel horrible. I just tore apart an Allstate.
Hated to do it but it had to be done. Every nut and bolt on this thing was totally rusted. Wheels don't turn and it was more of a mess than I thought it was and it was a mess when I got it shipped to me around four years ago. The only good parts were the locked up engine, controls, and the front forks with light cover. I hate to think how much I spent to get this thing to my house when I look at what it left of it. Ugh. One of the few moped purchases that I really regret.
