There is no reason to make an off road bike a 4 stroke.

There balls aren't broken the same way a road bike is. Thats why I think if someone were to import mopeds for "off road use only" then have someone in the next room run a "titling service" out of Minnesota, it would totally work. Minnesota will title any damn thing with 50ccs
