'81 maxi OR '99 sprint ???

Which one should I buy?

1981 Puch Maxi OR 1999 Tomos Sprint

both are selling for $200 obo.
and both need work.


I like the vintage Puch, but am leaning towards the
Tomos for the easy speed.


Any thoughts?
