I would be all over that. My Allstate engines top end is locked up and i can not get it to unseize. The engine is in such bad shape, i do not know why i am concerned about it. I think my engine is a parts engine at best.The best thing about mine is no rust in the tank, but lots of rust on the out side of the tank.
