tomos

i am very new to mopeds and i wanna by a tomos. someone is offering me a '92 tomo tt bullet with an a35 engine. it runs but there is a lot of rust. they are asking 375 for it. i was wondering if you guy think thats a good deal, i just dont know anything about mopeds.
