Re: pinto low seats w/o chopping post?
Here is my set-up......with pics
- I took the seat off
- Took the post out
- Cut about an inch off the frame where it sticks up
- Cut a rectangle out of the bottom bracket of the seat
- Drilled a hole through the bracket
- Enlarged the hole in the frame
- Put it together with a good size bolt, washers, and a lock nut
I like it becauce it isnt all the way slammed to the rack. I have very low rise bars and feel really comfortable riding with this stance.
