HELP@@ KIT OR PIPE?

I got a choice betwen the airsal 70cc kit for my tomos or the new tecno pipe and a speed sprocket .... I already have a biturbo but the chrome is chipped off on 1/4 of the pipe and it loooks like junk ....

70cc airsal kit
OR
new tecno pipe
and speed sprocket


I will be ordering all this from mopedwarehouse...Need some help I want to order before the weekend..
