Urban Express starter gears?

Hello,
I made the mistake of pulling out the starter gears from my Urban Express. There is a precise way in which the gears must mesh before putting the tranny cover on, and I can't figure out exactly what it requires. Is there anyone w/ a manual that could provide a scan of this section? Hint: there's an arrow on one of the gears that may be referenced in the manual...
