Silver Bullet #2 v. the beginning
So I was feeling really really stupid/emo/tightpants/writingblogs/hatemyself...etc about selling my old 1980 silver bullet. I loved it and the damn thing was fast for what it was. It was my first moped and I got to really have fun with it, even on a few rides but I always kicked myself in the ass for trading it for a ped I later sold. So the last few weeks I decided to get another ped after helping throw some parts on my friend Chin's hobbit. I never in a million years thought I would find another silver bullet, but I found one local. Today I went and bought it. The first silver bullet I bought for $160...this one I just bought today...$150 was what I paid.
The one I bought today is a 1984 silver bullet complete. I even have both METAL side covers with graphics. Needs new tires, maybe a bottom end rebuild(seals, bearings) and a new cylinder. I plan on doing the exact same setup(motorwise) that I had on my last one. Alukit with VM20, techno circuit exhaust, 27/22 sprockets and whatever else I had.
You won't see everything in the pictures below, I started to take everything apart to clean it.
Here it is, the beginning of silver bullet #2.

And obviously it came with these rims, yeah they are really clean when you clean them. Fuck I am lucky.
