NJ moped registration/specification questions
Just bought a 1983 General 5 Star, and aside from some minor work needed on it, the other pain is figuring out what I need in Jersey. As far as I know, I can use my auto driver's license, and since it's old I don't need a title to register it. I don't have the title, just a bill of sale. I've looked on the DMV site already, but it hasn't really specifically told me what I need to do. If anyone previously in this situation could help me out that would be great.
