How do Garelli Handle Bars separate from forks??
I have a step through '77 Garelli SS- NOI motor. I am trying to figure out how to replace the handlebars. It seems as though the goose neck and handlebars are factory soldered or welded. There is no bolt that clamps the handlebars to the gooseneck. Any Ideas on how to fit new bars on an old Garelli? I tried pulling the 6" long 12mm bolt out of the goose neck but it does not want to separate at the headset. Any Help would be appreciated.
