Moped Army

I emailed a so caclled member for some advice on making my puch maxi faster and he told me that i needed toremove my air filter. if i removed my air filter my carberator would get full of dirt which would go into my engine crank and make it seize which would cosdt a fortune for me to fix and in the long run probably cause a lot of stress that was previously not wanted so i think it would be fair that the people who are on this site as designated members give the corect information regarding helping somone who is just wanting to make his bike more reliable and fun and in the logn run a blaster master. So again i asked the question who can tell me what are good metdods of making a moped faster becaus i checked and have no aire leaks or any kind of that and i really wwant to weld a powerband onto my stock pipe from doing some cutting and welding of course :) maybe porting out my stock syilinder to an 80cc and getting the metra piston for it was what i was thinking not to be rude :P but if someone could help me on this trial that would be great and no problem offensive to the meomebrs i just had a hard time at the begining to be specific? :(
