Ok so i worked on my crazy 92 miles on it vespa Caio today. If i spelled it wrong, so be it.

Wow, if the vespa scooter was mussolini's answer to hitlers vw, the caio was someones way of getting even with everyone LOL

ok its not that bad. the quality seems good, but sweet jesus did they pancake that motor in there. Thank god the damned thing has spark cause i got a really good feeling acessing the points involves dropping the motor.

Any who the thing runs , but the previous owner broke the air filter off, and had it wedged in with a piece of wood. so of course it runs really lean and wont really stay running unless i keep the choke on.

it has a 47 del jet? yikes my jets dont go THAT small.

i have a 12.7 carb that shold match up nicely to the intake but i think i already need to upjet to match the free flow air filter i have.

I also have a 13:13 but that is prob too much with the stock pipe? I have a simo for it too, but id like to get it to run around the block before i start humming performance parts at it.

Also,the domino throttle seems to be bound up. Its not the cable , its the actual throttle. ????

Lastly it thinks its a frigging motorbecane. When i hit either brake, it dies. What gives?

The variator bit is cool tho.
