ELECTRICAL TROUBLES..PLEASE HELP

i have a 2000 tomos sprint with an electrical problem. the headlight and brake lights work fine until i give the moped gas and all of the lights get super bright and burn out when the rev is high? any ideas..i could use the help...thanks
