Portland Uphil Battle cj got hit by a van!
Hey unfortunately cj got hit on the Tomos Trike yesterday. The van that hit him ran a stop sign. CJ got hit so hard that the trike landed on top of the van. Of course the van didnt stop and no one on the busy street helped him. he picked the mopeed up of its side (with two broken legs and rode himself to my house which is right near a hospital.
He doesnt have health insurance and since the van fled hes kind of screwed.
he broke both legs and is seeing a bones pecialist today then surgery possibly.
So Uphill Battle is haeving a fundraiser in about 3 weeks to try and help out with his bills.
We are going to be auctioning a really nice 1975 vespa ciao. if you were at the rally it was the bike i rode on the first day.
