Moped Army

I have a 2001 Tomos Targa LX and have so far done the following:

Bullet performance exhaust
Re-jetted to a 56
27 Tooth Sprocket

I am getting at best, 40mp/h, sometimes I even hit 42. The question I have is with these mods, am I getting peak performance?

And, without going to a 70cc kit, what else can I do to increase the speed of my ped?
