Moped Army

So, I haven't received the Revival yet, but Im getting it for a good price. I hear they are sluggish and weigh a lot. I want to upgrade some things:

Sprocket: (front or rear?) (how many teeth?) (how many does it come with?)

Exhaust: It comes with a Bi-Turbo. I think I'll stick with it, though I'd rather upgrade.

Carb: I don't wanna dish out the cash for a new one. What number jet should I upjet to? (Main, Idle, etc...)

Air filter: Should I bother with an upgraded air filter? Intake?

I'd really appreciate any advice. I'm new to the moped world, please don't judge my limited knowledge, lol.
