click browse.
find your pictures.
Resize the image to the size you want with the resize image box.
click the "remove size/resolution bar from thumbnail?" box.
click upload.
It'll go to this page:
copy and paste the link that is labeled "direct link into the thread between exclamation points like this:
the image will look like this:
