Adam are you going to try and use an EZ out to get the broken bolt out, or are you just going to drill out the whole thing and re-thread to a larger size?
You may not have enough clearance to re-thread without causing it to leak. If any of the head is left (ie. it hasn't snapped clean off) I'd try a tourch and pliers first!
