Moped Army

Hi, I recently started a new project, cleaning up a 1978 Puch Sport MKII. The bike has been stored in a barn for the last 20 years and has a whopping 94 miles on the OD. Anyhow, the bike has plenty of barn dust and some rust. My big question is how do I start this beast? Also, it says not to use unleaded gas. It tells the oil and gas mix ratio, but am I still not to use unleaded gas? Thanks to all in advnace....Mike
