Re: Awesome cop experience! **rolls eyes**
From personal experience, I have never met a decent cop. Not saying there are none but.....
All the cops around my way blatantly break traffic laws. Without me even meeting them that makes them bad cops. In fact everywhere that I have lived the cops blatantly broke the traffic laws. My father was talking to a retired police officer from Philly (where my father is from) and said to the cop "the police in Philly commit more crimes then the criminals they locked up". The ex-cop responded by saying "well not all the cops". Which is true, not all cops due bad things, however his knowledge of such things and his inaction being a LAW enforcement officer makes him a bad cop. The very fact that cops do not police cops, due to their us/them mentality breeds a system of injustice.
I don't mean to step on any toes but these facts are irrefutable.
In defense of police, it does not help that they have to "work" for their pay, i.e. meet ticket quotas.
Ok, I am done. I could go on and on about the judicial system.
