You probably have an intermittent short or break in your turn signal wiring. It might be as simple as a plug-in connector that isn't all the way plugged in. CDI has nothing to do with your lights. If you have a CDI there is no condenser. And if you have points & condenser, they still don't have anything to do with the lights.
Under 25, is it vibration? Or is it uneven engine firing?
