help me please

I have 2001 tomo sprint

My signal light works but sometime it’s not working and it works again…I don’t know what’s wrong with this..
—-Do i need new condeser? or CDI? something like this?
—-also when i rigde 0 to 25 is so rough but after 25 sound smooth..does anyone know why?
