Honda Hobbit.... any thoughts?

Thinking about getting a Honda Hobbit PA50 for my old lady, just wondering if anyone has any opinion on them. I don't know much about them as nobody I know has one. Pros? Cons? availability of parts? Anything would help. Thanks.
