It's not that hard if you have the welding skills and the patience to make a solution for everything motor related. (Like intake, exhaust, exhaustmounts, sidecovers etc.)

Just cut out the original engine mounts, make new mounts for a Puch engine or use the mounts from a Puch frame, line up the chain and make sure it clears everyhting and then weld.

Here's a similar project I did with a friend who's a great welder. (I can't weld ;))
