Moped Army

On the toptank regency I am getting, the engine leaks, chugs smoke (if and when it runs) the slide in the carb has a massive chunk out of it so it sticks, that lame little chain was not properly adjusted by whoever had it in the 80's so it dosen't fit right due to sprocket wear and comes off constantly, and when any of this goes wrong, guess what you have to take apart just to fix any of it? Thats right!! THE WHOLE DAMN THING!! So yea I know of what I speak in regards to this Thrice cursed powerplant.
