Joe, a brand new Tomos could do all of these rides, though slowly. A Stock-Modified variated bike could do all these rides, though slowly. A bone stock single speed bike, not so much. A Single speed non-kit modified bike that someone geared to do 45, not so much. Also, a lot of it has to do with lights. There's a couple places where if you get stuck behind the red, you better peddle your ass off.
