Matt, I never asked you to jeopardize your school stuff and you know it. All I ever wanted was for you to be true to your word.

You said you were going.
You said as long as your dad didn't need the van that weekend, that you would be going.
You said I was gonna ride with you.
So, I planned around what you told me.
Literally, I went without doing ANYTHING fun for several weeks so I could save the money to go.

Then, you didn't even have the nuts to call me and tell me you weren't going.
I had to contact YOU.
When the hell were you gonna let me know you weren't going? The day we were supposed to leave?

I'm a father. I'm a husband.
It takes effort to find somebody to watch my kid while I'm outta town and my wife is working.
Hell, my wife even took off from work to accomodate me going to the HS rally with you Matt.
So, your "shit happens" really fucked up the plans I worked hard to set in place.

You totally let me down. Plus, the fact that you made zero effort to let me know ahead of time is seriously fucked up and it's just plain not cool. Also, when you dropped this shit on me, I asked you to call me in the coming two days before the rally to let me know for sure what you were doing.

AGAIN, NO CALL FROM YOU.

I guess it's what I get for taking anyone's word or depending on anybody. Ever.
