that sounds like a lot of work. id just register mine as a moped... that way i wouldnt have to do any of that crazy stuff. i was at a get together with a cedar rapids cop last night and he said the cops dont bother you if you dont have a flag. good thing, cause those flags are so silly. if i got one, i would paint a weiner on it. thats what ive always wanted to do.
