I'd like to integrate a belt guard and a motor cover into it for safety and weather resistance.
Part of my design criteria for this build is that it does not get hot under any circumstances.
A lesser motor would have the chance to heat up and require cooling so it doesn't self-destruct. The eTek is apparently good for 300A @72V - But is rated for 130A @ 36V.
Here's Eva's build (which melted one) - a bigger frame and much more weight, but the specs are good reference...
