Actually it accelerates so well that variation would be useless.
There's no powerband, right? It's 100% torque from 0 rpm to full speed.
Holeshot is neck-snappingly good.
And it doesn't matter how fast you're going, hit the throttle and it's the same snap.
It eats hills. With it's elbows off the table.
As for batteries, yes, they weigh a little more than gas.
But you REALLY don't notice ;)
