Weight is uncertain. Motor alone weighs 22lbs. Mount, I would guess 3lbs. Controller 7lbs.
And yes, controller is an Alltrax 4834. Turned all the way up.
I'm going to have to ramp the throttle a bit differently, though. It's a little touchy. I was having too much fun with it to have time to plug it back in to the computer.
No clutch, no variator - coasting accomplished by the controller.
No regen, but it would be possible with an upgrade.
