The accident WAS my fault. The summons(ticket) states I made an improper left turn. I have to go to court, and I guess tell the judge it was in fact my fault. Nothing I can really say. Left turns are 3 points, and apparently you need 12 to get suspended. It doesn't make sense, but the officer I spoke to said I would probably be suspended.
