Need help with my broken Pacer.
I recently purchased a Pacer from a guy I kind of knew.
The problem is that it's broken...
So, here's the thing...I know it's a Pacer but I can't find the year or Serial number on it anywhere. I have been trying to start it for a week now and no matter what I do it seems to have little or no effect. I replaced the spark plug, the pressure release valve on the front of it was acting up so I bought a new cable to slap on it and that works like new now.
The main issue is the centrifugal clutch won't seem to engage no matter how fast I peddle it...Is there some trick I'm not seeing here or something I have to do? Please, if you can offer me any kind of help...I would greatly appreciate it.
