If you're looking for one, it's easier just to wire it yourself. I think there are guides in the repair forums.

Mostly it's just connecting yellow to headlight, grounding the horn circut (blue w/ black stripe, I think) and connecting blue to the ignition coil. That's all you need to run. I think the rest of the wires go to tail (some routed through the handlebars if you want a brake light that does stuff when you hit the brakes), but I don't remember which go to what... You just need to find what ones make the tail light up.
