vintage mopeds are like vintage cars. They need TLC to make run properly. They will not work on their own. They will require some bit of knowledge/maintenance. Parts are not always easy to find, not are all mopeds easy to fix.
Resources like the search "wiki" on this site is very beneficial.
Before posting whether a moped is a good "buy" or not, consider how mechanically inclined you are/how research savvy you'd like to become.
