Moped Army

I recently got hit by a car when I was on my bike, and the car did a hit and run while I was still on the ground. The car took a right turn into me. I called the police and they said they couldn't do anything because I didn't get the license plate number, even though there were camera's at the intersection I got hit at. Luckily i was okay.
It seems like blame is almost always put on people on two wheels. We're always told to be more careful, when no one ever tells cars to be more aware of who is around them.

I hope the motorist who hit him get's some punishment. He got a few cuts on his hands, and Jay lost his life.

My thoughts go out to Jay's family.

I met him a few times a few years back and he always seemed like a funny kid.
