Moped Army

I just bought a new tomos (06) revival.... I am curious about gas mileage people get on these? There must be a few people who have these new ones and are enjoying them. The manual states a 0.9 gallon tank w/ a 0.13 reserve. I have ran out of gas 2x and have yet to put in more than 0.7gal. Yes I am using the burp valve, and yes i have filled it over the top. anyone?
