AMA Motorcycle Rally Finds
Today me a Kenny (Prancer) headed down to the Mid-Ohio Motorcycle rally/ swap meet. There were A LOT of mopeds there, and even more mopeds up for sale for verry cheap (some not so cheap of course :-P) Anyways, here are three of the four that we picked up.

Here is Kenny's new Garelli, he was able to fire it up tonight, and it runs really nicely. Just needs a new front tire, and it is ready to go.

Here is my 1979 Motobecane. Was able to un-seize the pulley, tires, and get everything ready to run tonight. The only problem right now is no spark :-( Hopefully we can figure it out tomorrow.

This is my other Motobecane, this one is a 1980. The engine is not seized but the pulley sure is. Will probably run as well.
Besides these three, we also have ANOTHER Motobecane :-p, that is most likely seized and will become a parts bike. We would have gotten more, but we ran out of room in the truck, but luckily were able to haul 5 peds home (our to and the three in the pictures). The last parts motobecane is going to be delivered to us, on the condition that Kenny looks at this older man's Indian.
The best part? We got all four bikes for $170. Could have really even gone lower too, but oh well. There were so many people trying to get rid of peds, and since they are chump change compared to the big motorcycles, a lot of people were letting them go very cheap. There was a pristine 1984 Bullet with 324 miles for $300( maybe 400?), a 2hp Puch in pieces but fully functional for $150, and tons of medium priced Hondas. Definitly going to head back next year :-)
Time to sleep!
