Air Horns, pt. 2
After that very lively Air Horns thread, I decided to go cheapie and get an Airzounds refillable air horn.
I mounted it today, and made my ears ring in the garage in doing so. Even though it's 20 degrees outside, I was doing silly things like sitting on the bike, saying to myself, "what if I were riding, and had to suddenly slap the trigger". WHOONK! "I like it".
A little bit of adhesive velcro tape on the -inside- of the ring allowed the screw to snug it up nicely against the bars of my TFR, easily within reach of my left hand. It's flush against the grip. I mounted the bottle to the left fork, at the highest point possible. There is no interference turning it left and right. I loosely wrapped the air line around the other cables.
I can't wait for my first victim. I will give their sad arse 115db and a smile.
