PUch Monza in the US!

My good buddy just moved to england and has found a nice running puch monza. I am going to get it shipped over to the US this winter. I am aware it is not technically a moped (I plan on registering it as a motorcycle) but do you think I'll have a lot of trouble registering it in the US
